Police were called to the 1400 block of Coalter Street at 4:53 p.m. for a random gunfire report. Moments later officials said two adult males suffering from gunshot wounds arrived at an area hospital. One victim has injuries described as life-threatening. The extent of the other victim’s injuries are unclear.

It always makes me sad when someone’s reaction to a violent and unfortunate incident is that it didn’t happen ‘in Church Hill’.
