I’m the original author to the reddit post regarding the dog abuse by the transient pan handler that was frequently outside of CVS and Farm Fresh at 25th street. Long story short, the guy has been caught and we need people to testify. Apparently multiple people witnessed physical abuse but we don’t know how to contact them. Would you be able to make a post on CHPN asking any witnesses to come forward? They can contact me through email. Thanks a ton for your help.

I mentioned it to one of the CVS guys and he indicated he was aware. IDK if this really means he saw anything, but I’ll stop in and see if he still works there.
I have not personally witnessed anything ( saw him three times walking ) but wanted to say thank you so much for all you have done and to everyone that speaks up for this sweet dog! I hope it al turns out to the dog’s advantage!

Can animal control do an examination and look for signs of abuse? In the absence of witnesses that may help the case.

One of the witnesses to the abuse, who is a hair cutter, said that she is willing to take that poor dog. Can anyone contact her?
