Church Hill Holiday Ball

Saturday December 12th 7 pm to 11:00 pm – The Church Hill Annual Holiday Ball. Holiday attire $45 per ticket Good food, music, fellowship and holiday merriment always make this a memorable holiday event. This year we will party on the “Hill” at the Masonic Hall at 520 N 25th Street (just a few blocks from historic St. John’s Church). “Will Call” at the door. Church Hill Holiday House Tour

Sunday December 13th noon to 5 pm is the annual historic house tour. Eleven homes will be presented this year. $25 per Tour ticket in advance/ $30 the day and “Will Call” at St. John’s Church Parish Hall (noon to 4 pm). We’re the oldest community in historic Richmond with homes built as far back as the 1700s. The neighborhood is an elegant mix of Federal, Greek revival and Victorian homes alongside innovative condominiums within historic structures and a growing number of thriving new restaurants and businesses. Neighbors will open their treasured homes for you to experience the sights, smells and sounds of holidays past. Shuttle service is offered between each home beginning at St. John’s Church.

Join us for our Annual Holiday Festival- CHA membership is not required. Proceeds from ticket sales go to support charitable causes that improve the quality of life in the Greater Church Hill neighborhood. Tickets available through our website:

City Council Formal Meeting

Every 2nd and 4th Mon – Responsible for deciding official Council action, which includes discussing, adopting, rejecting, and amending laws and approving the budget. Formal meetings include a time for pubic comment and are televised live on the local PBS station and are replayed in Richmond on Government Access Channel 17, beginning at Noon and 7:00 p.m. daily.
