Church Hill Food Heritage Cook-Off open to high school juniors and seniors

The Church Hill Food Heritage Cook-Off is working to expand access to healthy foods in Church Hill through a community food competition for high school juniors and seniors.

Sixteen finalists will go through a 6-week cooking class, where they will be trained in cooking, nutrition, and food safety. Using those skills they will compete against one another in cooking the best healthy dish. The winners of the competition will receive prizes like a chance to present their recipe on CBS Virginia This Morning, cash prizes and more.
