Longoven is the culinary team of Chefs Andrew Manning and Patrick Phelan, and Pastry Chef Megan Fitzroy Phelan. Longoven holds dinners at various locations with some simple tenets in mind: cook with what the season has to offer, cook close to home supporting local farmers and producers, prepare just enough so as not to waste, and above all produce dishes that bring people together and enrich conversations around the table.
