Wow – thanks for posting these pictures! Keep watching because significant changes will continue to happen on this block. Urban Core will start construction on a new mixed use building on the corner of Marshall and N 32nd this spring.

I agree Tim! The city usually offers to plant trees in existing tree wells in the spring. Residents sponsor the trees by agreeing to keep them watered. I paid for a tree for one of my tree wells and the city donated another. Let’s see if we can get a few for this block in the spring.
