Pizza Tonight announced today that they hope to open their new brick&mortar location in the old Aziza’s spot by the middle of next week. The restaurant will initially be open for lunch-only.
Pizza Tonight was started in 2010 by Victoria DeRoche offering mobile, wood-fired pizza and catering. She’s brought on board Chef Randy Doetzer, formerly of Julep’s, instantly making this one of my most anticipated restaurants to open up recently.
