I’d missed this renovation on the 900 block of 25th while it was happening, been meaning to find a before/after on it for a while. Bryan Traylor of Unlimited Renovations was kind enough to send in a set of photos that show the scale of work that went into bringing this pre-Civil War home back to life after a fire in 2009.

I LOVE this house.
Houses like these are so important to the fabric of Union Hill and the East End. Such a splendid restoration–and hopefully, able to take full advantage of Federal & State Restoration Tax Credits and the City’s Property Tax Abatement.
