CAR to consider new store front for 25th Street, mixed-use on Venable Street

The agenda for Tuesday, September 22, 2015 meeting of the Commission of Architectural Review includes a number of local projects:

• 818 N. 25th Street – Rehabilitate with limited replacement-in-kind. Enclose porch and install new windows
• 412 N. 25th Street – Install storefront windows and door
• 2325 Venable Street – Construct a new mixed-use building
• 2601 E. Grace Street – Construct a new storage shed to be screened by lattice
• 3110 E. Marshall Street – Review of siding installed by previous owner
• 901-903 N. 24th Street – Enclose back porch, replace basement windows, rehabilitate garages
• 823 Mosby Street – Construct rear deck and stair
• 2405 E. Clay Street – Construct new single-family house
• 725 N. 26th Street – Construct a two-story carriage house
