Interested in science and/or chocolate? Chocolates by Kelly is offering a unique The Science of Confections Class on August 22:
We’ll make a unique chocolate dessert (which you’ll get to take home) while observing various chemical and physical reactions along the way. In addition, we’ll discuss the crystallization properties of cocoa butter and how they are similar to other things in our natural environment.
