Cheri Wolff will start hosting a free weekly Tai chi class in Libby Hill Park starts Wednesday, June 17th at 7:30 PM:
The holistic art of Tai Chi (Taijiquan) emphasizes relaxing the body and calming and fo- cusing the mind through a series of movements which attend to nuances of balance, flexibility and coordination.
This interactive gathering will offer instruction in the practice of Sun style Tai chi as well as additional stretching and balance movements that characterize Tai Chi practice.
About The Instructor: AFAA certified in Prima-ry Group Exercise and Personal Training, Cheri Wolff leads various fitness classes at Capital One, Virginia Commonwealth University and the YMCA of Greater Richmond. She is a gold medalist in Tai chi form demonstration and currently holds the 2013 and 2014 gold medal title for Restricted Step Push Hands. Email: firstname.lastname@example.org
