Pizza Tonight taking over Aziza’s

richmond.com is reporting that Aziza’s will be closing at the end of May, to become the future home of Pizza Tonight:

“After starting our business in 2010 and becoming part of the dynamic RVA dining community by offering mobile, wood-fired catering, we are thrilled to take this next step and have a brick-and-mortar home for Pizza Tonight. I feel that Shockoe Valley will offer an amazing opportunity for us to serve the community and continue to do what we love best,” said Pizza Tonight founder Victoria DeRoche.

Aziza’s was named the 2013 Restaurant of the Year by Style, 2nd in the four-year streak of East End restaurants winning that award.

Question– is the pharmacy next door run by the same people as Aziza’s, and if so, is it also closing?

The pharmacy is run by the same family, but it’s not closing.
