Robinson Farm Stand set to return in June

After a successful initial run last summer, the Robinson Theater’s weekly Farm Stand (in partnership with Shalom Farms and CHAT’s Urban Farming Program) will again be bringing fresh produce to Q Street every Wednesday from 4-7 PM starting on June 17th.

The Farm Stand accepts SNAP/EBT and has very affordable and locally grown produce.

The market will run “every Wednesday through the summer session (probably in to the fall some as long as there is a harvest)”, says Betsy Hart.

If you want to get in on this a week early, Shalom Farms will be a part of the Robinson’s Block Party on June 12th from 5-7 PM:

You won’t want to miss this fun event with Bon Secours’ Class-a-Role (mobile kitchen), food, entertainment, face painting, a bounce house, and much more! Stick around after our Block Party for our June Movie Night, featuring the movie, “Big Hero 6,” which will start at 7:30 PM.
