The event at the Altria on Friday has been cancelled and will now be part of the Libby Hill event on Saturday.

So the entrance fee is $10? For Libby Park event?

Eds the way I read it in the Times Dispatch, the price for food is $10-!5 with appetizers much less. The information here makes it sound like that’s the admission price just to get into the park.

“Cost: Plates will run $10 to $15, including sides and a drink. Appetizers between $2 and $10”

The link provided at the top of this page by CHPN clearly stated “Admission $10 for Children, $15 for Adults”. That kept me away. Knowing what I know now, I’ll check it out next year. Hopefully this can all be cleared up next year and they may get a much larger crowd. The weather was great for any event.

While the CHPN right up is very clear, if you were to read this at the http://www.richmond.com page, it is very misleading. It does make it appear that its free, that food is the only cost.

Most likely a richmond.com mess up im guessing.

Either way, stuff like that would piss me off also thinking we could go and just have to pay for food, but then another $34 for an entrance fee for the family….. I bet several people did turn around.
