Council to consider development at old Armstrong, honor for Henry Marsh

At their meeting tonight, City Council will consider honorarily naming the 3200 block of Q Street after Henry Marsh, as “a city resident whom the Council has determined to have made extraordinary contributions to African-American history in the city of Richmond”:

The agenda (PDF) also includes Ordinance No. 2015-5 “To authorize a Preliminary Community Unit Plan permitting the development of a residential community of up to 300 dwelling units on approximately 21.76 acres of land located at 1501 North 31st Street and 1611 North 31st Street, upon certain terms and conditions.” (PREVIOUSLY)
