I wonder, what ever happened to the Youth Challengers halfway house, or R-Cap? I also thought the comment about “Mafia Syndicates” was interesting. After the Mob wars and federal RICO convictions of the 80s the media made it seem as if the mob had lost its teeth. I doubt its true though.
Where to buy in 2015…what about those 3 intersections behind Chimborazoo Elementary school? Guys seem to move around. When they’re there, observed many illegal actions.
