Is it NC style BBQ? Please let it be BBQ.
BBQ is good, some times. KC BBQ is good, so is St. Louis style, and I really love Memphis-style BBQ (especially ribs!). But eastern NC style? I’d just as soon chug a quart of straight white vinegar.

No, Richmond needs more BBQ like we need more craft beer. “Meet The Bayou” sounds pretty exciting to this guy!
I just went there and grabbed lunch– tomato habenero soup and a ‘Laotian style’ salad. Both were excellent, extremely well presented, and well packaged for takeaway. I will definitely be a repeat customer!
