I guess my question would be will they make the same BBQ that the old Carolina restaurant was know for since 1970? I am sure there will be some expectations expected?
True, good vinegar sauce NC BBQ is hard to find. The best and closest I have found is at Pierce’s Pitt BBQ in Lightfoot.
