Missing this bike?

A reader writes in…

Don’t know what to make of this, but a kid hurriedly abandoned this bike at the top of the steps beside Bellevue School. I called police, as his hurried flight down the stairs seemed totally suspicious.

Loosely, the address of said bike is 24th St, between Grace and Franklin, at top of stairs.
