Built in 1846, 113 North 25th Street is one of the few survivors of what must have been a common Richmond building type. Photographs show center-chine houses of this type on the fringes of Richmond’s more affluent neighborhoods but as these neighborhoods grew, more durable structures replaced them.

Cool house. One of the rooms has a brick floor.
It reminds me of the St. George Tucker house in Colonial Williamsburg!
