Someone asked: “How about some ‘diversity’?”
Here’s a fine display of diversity…
John, where on 27th? I know we have the cobblestones along the curbsides on our blocks but haven’t seen brick up against them.
Eric – that’s in your block, I think, but across the street.
Sure is John, in fact directly across the street at our friend’s driveway. What threw me off is the fact that there is no tall solid curbstone and the odd narrow bricks. It is at their driveway. The smaller bricks “may” be the original because the driveway was there before the house was built. It lead to some out buildings for another property where free slaves lived and were torn down after the house was built in 1888.
