They have a nice butcher counter for sure, and I’m sure I will buy a few more things from them here and there–I got a $10 salami that was 4.5 ounces. But the prices seemed steep. Can the average local resident pay $17/lb for choice sirloin? Yikes! Hope it works out and I will patronize when I can, but I’m not going to be able to swing a lot of $17 sirloin even if it is local beef.
