Good news.
Ned, this will be a tax credit renovation so the exterior will be restored, we have a wonderful new color scheme so it should look very sharp once its all said and done. We expect it to be completed sometime this Fall and will be sold.
YAY! It’s pretty obvious that this place used to look awesome.
