I saw one alley last year or so that was completely done but not sure why it was done the way it was? Has concrete tracks and brick filler (decorative) looking more like a long driveway. It is not in any particular area so wonder why so much expense was put into one alley or is this what they plan for all of them?
Fulton, Fulton Hill and Montrose alleys are in bad shape. Looking forward to some improvements. A few years ago, new crushed stone was laid out and it was pretty but one good rain washed it away. Hopefully this time around the job will consist of more robust materials and some actual engineering.
