Friends of Chimborazo meeting/work day set for Saturday

Friends of Chimborazo will meet at the Gazebo in Chimborazo Park on Saturday May 3 at 10AM.

After the meeting, the group will mulch/weed the garden area for a while.

On an un-related note, I will be organizing a group called “Friends of the Moon”. We will just be a friendly group of neighbors, cleaning up moon-dust, organizing crater-crime watches, & ensuring no earth-bound buildings or farmers markets encroach on the view or lunar terrain. Should governments wish to colonize in the near-future, we simply request a seat at the table for those discussions.

seems pretty definative that the Farmers Market is going to happen. On GrowRVA’s webpage, they have “Chimborazo Parks Farmers market” with all the info. I have attached the link.

This is intended to be a brief meeting, but we will discuss the Farmers Market and touch on ways to improve Friends of Chimborazo Park.

The meeting is open to anyone

Farmers Market is definately a go- Every saturday, year round? I think this thing could grow to be huge because its so central to everything around Richmond….
