Break-in on 22nd Street caught on video again

This is the 3rd time that this same guy has broken into the same house on 22nd Street in the Fairmount area:

Also, he cut himself (you can see it in the 2nd video where he actually does it) and left a bunch of blood in the house. The cops came and took DNA. This dude had better hope he did not commit or does not commit a felony anywhere. Now that he will be entered in the system, he will pop next time he does anything.

This happened Sat the 6th of April. He seems to only do it on the weekends.

This robber walked in front of a camera AND left his DNA at the crime scene? Lord. I have a feeling this guy will be dropping his wallet on his next venture.

I’m not dismissing the severity of this offense and I hope this criminal is caught but, why not alarm this building if it’s such a target? Keeping some lights on and good locks are usually a deterrent as well.

Saving up for one. Just had the camera system from a previous home.

Costco has some home security camera systems for less than $300.00. I purchased one and was even able to install it myself. It has audio as well as video I have caught some shocking misbehaviour on camera .

It is unfortunate that a survelance system is necessary, however mine has been a real education and I caught the grown man that had been throwing rocks at my geese!

i’d have to set a couple ipad boxes or a tv box on the curb and sit inside with a 12ga at this point….third time…i’d have a hard time not shooting someone…

Yeah man, totally.

Nothing like setting a bait and waiting to kill a man for taking stuff.

DNA nabs Richmond burglary suspect
http://www.nbc12.com/story/27965705/dna-nabs-richmond-burglary-suspect

“Security cameras originally recorded the suspect, who is a minor, rummaging through a home off North 22nd Street, which investigators say he broke into. Now, DNA is linking the suspect to two other crimes in the neighborhood — another burglary and a sexual assault.”
