A neighbor in Church Hill recently released his pit bull puppy saying he couldn’t take care of her anymore… Richard Catlett has been kindly fostering this sweet pup for about ten days. Please contact him through Facebook if you are interested in adopting her.

So sad….We’ve heard talk of the need to license your dogs in the city of Richmond. Maybe it’s time we require owners to be licensed before they can keep a dog.
Hopefully, this poor girl will be better off in another home.
This is a very sweet young lady who was lucky enough to be found by a good Samaritan; kudos to the temporary rescurer. Hope someone steps up to give her a permanent, loving home.
