From her most recent February, 11 2014 update:

Sales for January were strong.

For Single Family Homes:

• 9 Sold (Closed)
• 29 Went Under Contract, a robust number compared to 17 units in January of 2013
• 45 New Homes came on the market (see inventory chart below covering all of 23223)

In the Condo/Townhouse market:

• 17 New Units came on the market
• 8 Went Under Contract
• 1 Unit closed
