The coming-soon-to-23rd-Street Metzger Bar and Butchery will offer a one-night preview when they take-over The Roosevelt on Sunday March 30:
Join us for a one night only Metzger take-over of The Roosevelt! Chef Brittanny Anderson will be preparing a four course tasting of modern, German influenced cuisine with an optional pairing of German beers and wine, plus a cocktail created by Kjell Anderson of The Roosevelt.
- Roasted and smoked carrots and parsnips, caraway rye crumble, frisee
- Pan roasted Striped Bass, fennel, radish, fennel-top broth, potato crisp
- Apfelwein brined pork loin, herb spaetzle, red cabbage, pickled apple
