Is it a conspiracy to make me hate Mondays forever or just a custom followed by makers of deliciousness everywhere? Sub Rosa will be closed Monday as well? Couldn’t the CH Bakers’ Alliance come together and agree that they need not ALL be closed on Monday. Could they switch off perhaps? Something to help make Mondays seem not so bleak?
