A new box for books

Bill Lohman follows up on the Little Free Library in today’s RTD:

Jordan-Cooley, a carpenter, built this version of Church Hill’s Little Free Library, attached to a utility pole at 27th and Marshall streets and a sort of happiness project all its own. The artfully constructed wooden box, appearing large enough to house a really big bird or a really small dog, is a place to borrow, swap and donate books. The neighborhood’s first Little Free Library was installed late last summer in the same spot but was destroyed by a single-car crash in November that also took out a fire hydrant.

Love love love this… I’d be willing to donate to Jordan if she was interested in building more in Church Hill or downtown… a great Idea!!!!!!

Thanks to Jordon, the Little Free Library was missed. the entire Cooley family has contributed to the CH community in many ways.
