Richmond Police wouldn’t confirm it but the family hopes soon, they’ll learn what led up to Latoya’s death.

??

I saw this on the news this morning and wondered, if someone has been hit and left for dead, and they die, why isn’t that a homicide? Do they think she was run over by her own car…? I don’t get it.
