Richmond police and the Richmond area’s U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force were involved in the arrests of Travon C. Moore, 18, of the 1900 block of Accommodation Street; Anthony D. Addison, 19, of the 2100 block of Accommodation Street; and a 16-year-old boy whose name was not released because of his age.
