TRX in Libby Hill Park

With warmer weather on the way, sometimes it’s hard to make it to the gym. We get it. That’s why we’re moving the fun outdoors. Starting in May we’ll offer TRX & Yoga in the Park.

Yoga / 1st and 3rd TUES of each month at 7PM
TRX / 2nd and 4th SAT of each month at 9AM

If you’re a member at Richmond Balance it’s FREE! Punch cards are welcome. Don’t have a membership or a punch card? No worries, the drop-in price is $5 per class.

Wine Shop Saturdays @ Dutch & Company

LET’S ZUMBA

Mon Aug 12 The 7th District Health & Wellness Initiative, in partnership with Bon Secours and the American Heart Association, is offering free Zumba classes at the Robinson Theater in Church Hill. This is a 10-week series that will meet on Mondays & Wednesdays, with sessions from 4:45pm until 5:45pm and on Tuesdays & Thursdays, with sessions at 5pm and 6:30pm. Classes are FREE to all Church Hill & Fulton residents and $20.00 ($1.00 per class paid in full at registration) for residents outside of the 7th District. The Robinson Theater is located at 2903 Q. Street, Richmond, VA 23223.

Create better awareness and flexibility with yoga! Come try a free, guided 60 minute class for all levels (brand new to seasoned practitioner). The class will focus on mindful movements, through standing and seated postures, to promote energy, flexibility, and simple techniques for stress management. Please arrive early if you are new to sign the waiver.

Quoit Club: Pace-King House

Pace-King House (205 N. 19th Street) / The Quoit Club is Historic Richmond’s social club which educates members on the historic places and architectural legacy of Richmond’s past, present and future. Events feature behind-the-scenes tours, followed by a social hour with drinks and hors d’ouerves.
