Nine years ago today this site launched with a story about a coffee shop. It has been a spectacularly awesome experience chronicling the the changes around here since 2004.
All of you that comment, share articles, and/or send info to be posted have made CHPN the living, thriving environment that it is, and for that I thank you.

ahhh yes the change from only those in the know to yuppie row. (whatever it rhymes) All of the restored and renovated buildings, the new neighbors who get what the pioneers saw in this fantastic RVA location! Good Job CHPN!!! GOOD JOB!
