i would love to buy this (had it been for sale) and convert it into a small, modern residence. of course, restoring the painting on the facade would be an option!
I use to get haircuts at Groves Barbershop. Mr. Grove charged 50 cent for a haircut and Shave. He later went up to 75 cent. I lived in Church Hill for 17 years, as my family had a grocery store at 600 North 28th. street.
