Recognize this dog?

He is a perhaps 1 1/2 year old awesome golden retriever, Male, intact
I observed him early this AM, loose but unapproachable, pulling his leash.
Later saw him tied to a tree, by a neighbor who said, that “he just appeared”
and was stayin’ on his porch. The neighbor already had 3 pups. Now he’s in my van.
