One of my customers found this dog last night near the McDonalds on E. Broad. She is a sweet red and white pitbull. She had a broken leash and collar, no tags. If someone wants to claim her, it may take a little coordination to reunite the dog and owner as the man who found her is homeless but he’d love for her to find her home and is taking good care of her.

Not sure if this helps, but I saw this dog running northbound on 15th at Main St. at about 4:45 p.m. December 26th. I just thought I would mention it in case the dog belongs to someone outside of the Church Hill/Union Hill area. Saw him again this morning with the homeless gentleman at intersection of Broad and Oliver Hill. He seemed to be in good hands. Best of luck!

another customer said he saw this dog on the canal walk yesterday as well. She is a busy girl!
I saw her running down Broad Street (near MCV) towards Shockoe Bottom yesterday afternoon. I turned around and came back a few minutes later, but she was already gone. I’m thinking that perhaps she came from Jackson Ward or that way originally.

I also saw this dog on canal yesterday and almost caught her but she ran off! This is definitely someone’s dog -it was wearing a doggie jacket(actually looked like a T-shirt made into a doggie jacket). Kimmy-have you posted her pic on Craigslist lost and found?
