This dog was running around the intersection of East Marshall and North 29th around 7:00 pm on Saturday, April 7. All black, lab mix, tan collar. He has no ID tags but has a rabies vaccine tag. He is being kept at a house nearby until owner is located. Contact Tricia at 804.938.6746.
