Menu and ticket info for Meddle

Tickets for Meddle, the 2-night popup restaurant by chef Tim Bereika (Secco) and Collin Wagner set for February 19-20 at the Roosevelt, are available now. Tickets can be purchased only at Secco Wine Bar (2933 West Cary Street) on TUE/WED 10AM-12PM 3PM-6PM and THU-FRI 10AM-1PM. Ask for Tim Bereika at Secco, he is the only one selling the tickets.


There will be 45 seats are available each night for the four course dinner. Seating times will be staggered and available by request on a first come, first serve basis. The $65 cost (cash only) includes tax and tip for food; beverages are available a la cart for an additional cost.

Meddle Menu

Course One: Oyster, salsify, sea beans, oyster leaf, seaweed
Course Two: The chicken or the egg?
Course Three: Goat, baharat, juniper, carrot, dates. goat curds
Course Four: Beet root, malted barley, coffee, dark chocolate, sorrel
