The stop will be held at approximately the same time period when Marrow was shot.
The goal is to ask people who may have been in the area at the time if they saw or heard anything suspicious that morning.
The traffic stop will be in the 3100 block of Nine Mile Road, in front of Oakwood Cemetery. [on Thursday morning Dec.29, 2011]
The Richmond Police Department are searching for the suspect who fatally shot Marrow as she drove through Church Hill at 7:15 a.m. on her way to her RN job at VCU Medical Center.

Not sure how effective this will be but it’s good to see them be more proactive and mix in some different tactics.
I’m glad to hear about this police effort. The loss of Marrow’s life was such a senseless tragedy.
John, do you have any idea why police think the shooting occurred in that area – other than that is close to where her son was burried? Just curious….
