What a great little row of houses. Can’t recall how many have been ‘condemned’ by the city or are just plain empty. They are ripe for renovation and won’t they be a treat all fixed up!

Thanks for putting this up John. What a nice surprise. Credit, however, goes to my wife for taking my picture and cleaning it up. She’s got the artistic eye in the family.

I hope to see those properties renovated soon. The one on the end was sold at tax sale last March and is now listed by Dave Siebert for a steal! They were built as housing for the Hasker-Marcuse Box Factory (now Church Hill House) and are contributing structures to the Union Hill Old and Historic District.
