Tastes like chicken.
It’s not a chicken. It’s a duck.
It looks to be a white goose, which is in the same family as swans and ducks. And it tastes like chicken.
It’s actually a Goose. I’ve seen it around on the hill walking behind it’s owner…it’s quite the site when she’s walking down the street.
Whatever it is, and I have my own opinion, it’s a good picture for the time.
