The monthly Union Hill Civic Association meeting is tonight, Wednesday February 16, 2011, at 7 p.m at the Cedar Street Baptist Church.

Below is the agenda:

· Lt. Laino will speak on crime statistics, update on their projects, and field your questions.

· David Conmy will speak about the development of 5k race through the neighborhoods of Union Hill and Church Hill. Find out details and how you can get involved.

· Ron Hunt, of Genesis Properties, will speak about his new plans to renovate the existing Cedar Street Apartments. This is a change from the previously planned project to build new construction at the current site.

· Mark Lemaire will give a reminder that annual dues are now due, but we do accept volunteer hours in lieu of monetary dues.

Please pass this along to your friends, family, and neighbors. We look forward to seeing you Wednesday.

Brody Reid
President, UHCA
