I saw a dog wandering the street this morning. She/he is kinda skiddish but very friendly and certainly belongs to someone. Please post the picture and see who this guy belongs to.

The dog lives right there (where the picture is). He/she can escape easily, but will also go back inside the fence just as easily.
She belongs to the folks at 621 North 29th Street. I’m not sure they know that she is constantly escaping their back yard and making it out to 29th Street. I chased her around once and she ran back inside the fence.
Ryan #2, when you have a chance, why don’t you tell them that she constantly escapes? It might make a difference. If you don’t know them yet, here’s your chance to get to know your neighbors! Thanks!
Has anyone told the people she keeps escaping? If not, I will. And I’ll remind them she needs a collar and tags at all times, especially since huskies are superb escape artists.
She does have a collar and tags. She does like to escape but we have finally fixed all the holes that she could possibly escape from. We have a fence and have put concrete where she has escaped before. She is right in front of her home in this picture. Thanks.

Also, it’s skittish. Not “skiddish,” which isn’t a word.
