Scott leads Smith in money race

The awesome Virginia Public Access Project has added information on this season’s Congressional races. In the 3rd District, incumbent Bobby Scott has more than $100,000 more in the coffers than his Republican challenger (though much less than many of the other incumbent candidates).

Since being first elected in 1992, Scott has never received less than 69% of the vote and no challenger has received more than 31%.
