The Richmond Balance bootcamp program in Libby Hill Park is $150 if you sign up by 9/3, goes up to $200 after that:
RB Bootcamp is an intense program that welcomes all fitness levels. Classes are held outside, rain or shine. Each class will last 60 minutes and are geared toward individuals who are looking for more out of their normal fitness regimens. Expect a combination of plyometrics, intense cardio, sports training, strength exercises and endurance training. Be prepared as this program will test your physical limits and capabilities!
