Anyone else think a “cash and carry” description in a real estate deal seems a little questionable?
I paid almost that much for my last car – I showed up with a check and drove it off the lot.
I agree, “carry” is a questionable term where referring to a house, what with them being rather unwieldy.
I didn’t see an address, but a pertinent question is what is the value of the land? This is listed separately in the assessment.
Also, their may be a significant tax lien on the property, which anyone would want to check.
