The shooting happened at 5am at the intersection of 24th and Clay. There were 5 shots. The victim walked toward the firestation screaming (yes, I was unfortunate enough to hear the whole thing)where the police found him. He was taken to MCV. I haven’t heard of his identity or contidion. I want to thank all of the neighbors that came out to tell the police what they saw and heard. We need to let these criminals know that we won’t stand for this in our neighborhood.
any word on what happened here the other night?
Neighbors heard two men arguing just before the shots were fired. Sounds like the victim knew the shooter. The victim resides in an apartment at 24th and Clay. He was shot in the shoulder and thigh. I’ve heard he’s doing just fine.
I just think its a shame.Something has got to be done to get these guns off the streets.
please dont take away the guns….I need mine to protect me from the idiots that can’t control themselves
