Oakwood Heights looks to keep high-density zoning
An email circulating says that the Planning Commission will be taking on the zoning on the block around the Oakwood Heights property at their next meeting: City lawyers have recommended that Margaret Freund’s property stay at its current high-density zoning designation (R-53), while the rest of the area be re-zoned for single family housing (R-8).
Church Hill Area Rezoning Study goes to Planning Commission on April 19
The public hearing portion of the Church Hill rezoning process kicks off this month, with the Planning Commission reviewing an amendment to the Master Plan land use recommendations applicable to this portion of the East End planning district at their April 19, 2010 meeting.
